plastic bottles have found their way into the sea so far this year
An epic swim down Australia’s east coast to help rid our seas of the scourge of plastic water bottles.
The big swim
In 2017 Aussie filmmaker Richard Pain begins an epic swim down Australia’s East Coast.
His aim: to publicize the plastic waste polluting our seas, particularly the scourge of plastic water bottles.
To protect him on his journey, Richard will be swimming in a cage. But this will be no ordinary cage…
To highlight the cause, Richard’s cage will be a 33-foot long, giant plastic bottle.
